These days, more and more women are actually *choosing* single motherhood.  How do they do it, and why? (Are they nuts?) Married moms, bring a single girlfriend and come for an evening with Louise Sloan, single mom of a 3-1/2-year-old boy and author of “Knock Yourself Up.” Louise will kick off the presentation by reading a funny passage from her book, then give you the scoop on everything from how women choose sperm donors to what the research shows about kids who were conceived this way. Then it’s your turn: No question too personal! What about dating? How do you handle a toddler, alone in NYC? Louise can answer from her own experience and from having interviewed experts and dozens of other single moms by choice from all over the U.S.
